Obstacle

Mining Corporations and PAC's give donations to elect certain Congresspersons. Do the Congresspersons feel any obligations to keep mining law in place as it was in 1872? Why would they want to give away public lands to mining companies, half of which are foreign mining companies, to allow them to make huge profits tax-free.
